Client shall pay EM Digital Marketing a 70% deposit of the total amount in advance before any work commences.
The deposit is non-refundable after the project has commenced.
The second payment is due when the website is complete and before going live on search engines.
Clients who request for setting up monthly payment plan, a sperate agreement will send to you to sign and first payment shall be made on the same day. The client is legally responsible for the monthly transaction/direct debit set up to EM Digital Marketing as a recipient.
The client shall place a link on their website to EM Digital Marketing website. Add the website design credit in the name of EM Digital Marketing on the footer of the final website.
Major changes in client input, direction, or brief will be charged for the normal rate of €200 per page.
The client should be aware that failure to submit necessary content or last minute or excessive changes may cause subsequent delays in the project.
Client agrees to pay EM Digital Marketing for any additional expenses or services not included in the attached quotation and proposal if requested by the client.
Either party may terminate this agreement by giving seven days written notice of such termination.
If work is postponed or terminated at the request of the client, EM Digital Marketing shall have the right to bill at full rates for work completed through the date of that request while reserving all rights under this agreement.
EM Digital Marketing has the right to end and refund projects that go above initially discussed or outlined in client design.
the estimated project completion time frame is 2 to 4 weeks from the deposit payment date. And submit texts and images from the client. EM Digital Marketing will try to meet the client’s desired finishing date.

Client shall pay full amount service price upfront before commence SEO project.
EM Digital Marketing does not offer monthly financial payment for SEO services.
All payments are non-refundable.
Client shall pay 20% late payment fee. If the late payment occurs 2 consecutive months, the late payment fee increase to 30%. 10% extra will apply each month afterwards.
EM Digital Marketing does not guarantee ranking no 1 on Google search result, but we will try our best to achieve that for our clients.
