When you contact us for the first time on the phone or email, we will briefly discuss your website, chat with you, get to know you a bit better, and then arrange an official meeting at the end of our conversation.
2. Meeting
We will meet either in person or on Zoom. This meeting could last between 30 minutes and one hour. During the meeting, we will discuss details about your website, what you want to achieve, etc. We will also go through a quick questionnaire with you to better understand you and your business.
3. Proposal
After the meeting, we will put everything together into a detailed proposal. Once you are happy with the proposal and decide to go ahead with our project, we will proceed with the next step, which is preparation.
4. Discussion and Preparation
The preparation is to discuss further about the project, payment transfer, hosting plan choice or other additional requirements from you.
5. Plan the Website Layout, Content, and Media
At this stage, we should have a map plan for you to review. This map plan shows you the designs on each web page and where each element is located on the page. We will discuss the map plan with you, and once we have your approval, we will go ahead with it.
Usually, we will need some images or text from you; however, if you need our support with the images or text, we can help you create them.
6. Keyword Research and Competitor Analysis
If you have the keywords you want to target, great. If you do not, we will do the keyword research for you, analyse your competitors, and decide on the best keywords for your website. Of course, we will discuss the keywords with you before we use them. We will always discuss with you and let you make the final decision.
7. Design and Development
After everything is clarified, we will design and develop the website. If we have all the content from you, generally speaking, it does not take us long to design a website. However, if we need to create all the content for you, it will take us longer to finish a website because creating content takes time.
8. Publishing and Integration
After we finish designing the website, we will ask you to review and provide feedback before publishing it. Once you are happy with the new website, we will release it to live on search engines.
Once the website is live on a search engine, we will need to integrate it with the Google search console, Google Analytics 4, and other plugins, etc.
9. Training and Aftercare
At the end of our project, we will send you a training video about your new website, teach you how to log in and make simple changes such as changing images, text, etc.
